Job requirements

  • Right to work in the UK with valid documentation

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) and satisfactory references

  • Relevant experience in care, support, or nursing (role‑dependent)

  • Willingness to complete mandatory training such as moving and handling, basic life support and safeguarding

  • Good spoken and written English for communication and record‑keeping

How to become a professional carer with Ceibraxs

If suitable, we’ll invite you to interview and begin our vetting process, including DBS, references and document checks.

3 — Training and induction

You complete mandatory training and any role‑specific courses, then shadow or complete induction shifts before working independently.

4 — Choose shifts that suit you

Once cleared, you’ll have access to shifts that match your skills and preferences, with weekly pay and ongoing support.
