You or a professional acting on your behalf can contact us by phone, email or through our online form. We support adults over and under 65 across London and, for live‑in care, more widely.
In this first conversation we listen to what’s happening, what you’re worried about and what kind of help you think might be needed. There is no obligation to start care.
If it sounds like we may be able to help, we arrange an assessment. This may take place in your home, over the phone or by video call depending on your situation.
We talk through health conditions, current support, daily routines, risks, preferences and anything else that matters to you, so we can design a safe, person‑centred plan.
After the assessment we create a proposed care plan outlining the type of care, frequency of visits or whether live‑in care is recommended, along with a clear costed quote.
We explain how we will work with you, your family and other professionals, how we manage risk and how we will review the plan over time. You have the opportunity to ask questions and adjust the plan before anything starts.
Once you are happy to proceed, we match you with carers who have the right skills, experience, and temperament for your needs, drawn from our thoroughly vetted staff team.
We agree on a start date and introduce your carers.
Depending on the level of support, care can often start within about a week of enquiry, and sometimes sooner in urgent cases.
Needs and circumstances can change. We review care regularly and encourage feedback from you, your family and other professionals, updating the plan when required.
You will have clear contact details for our office team and know who to speak to if you have questions, concerns or need to change visit times or the level of support.
Care can be arranged and funded in different ways – privately, through local authority support, NHS funding or a combination. We work with individuals, families, social workers, commissioners and other professionals to make sure roles and responsibilities are clear.
If you are unsure where to start, we can signpost you to information about assessments and funding, and explain what we can provide on a private or commissioned basis.
